Welcome to Ton.Fish, a pet store in Trois-Rivières entirely dedicated to the world of aquariums and fishkeeping. Freshwater and marine fish, rare species, aquatic plants, corals, aquariums, and equipment: here, fishkeeping isn't just one department among many, it's our specialty.

A Different Kind of Pet Store in Trois-Rivières

Ton.Fish stands apart from general pet stores through a specialization entirely dedicated to fish and aquariums. This specialization allows us to offer a much broader selection of species, equipment, and products suited to different types of aquariums.

Our inventory is constantly changing with new arrivals and includes everything from popular species to rarer, specialized, and wild-caught fish. We work with various supply networks to offer Quebec aquarists species from many regions around the world.

Freshwater Fish, Rare Species, and Wild-Caught Fish

Our freshwater fish selection includes both aquarium favorites and much less common species. Tetras, Corydoras, Plecos, Discus, Apistogramma, African and American cichlids, rainbowfish, loaches, pufferfish, shrimp, crayfish, and many other groups are available depending on our current arrivals.

We place particular emphasis on rare species and wild-caught fish. Our arrivals may come from South America and other regions renowned for their aquatic biodiversity.

Our online inventory allows you to browse the species currently available, along with their sizes, prices, and availability.

Marine and Reef Aquariums

Ton.Fish is also your destination for saltwater aquariums. We offer marine fish, corals, and invertebrates along with the equipment needed to maintain a marine or reef aquarium.

The stability of a reef aquarium depends on many factors: water quality, filtration, water flow, lighting, supplementation, and species compatibility. Our team can help you choose the right equipment and livestock for your setup.

Aquariums and Specialized Equipment

A healthy aquarium starts with the right equipment. Our Trois-Rivières store offers a selection of aquariums, stands, filters, pumps, heaters, lighting, substrates, fish food, and maintenance products for freshwater, planted, marine, and reef aquariums.

We focus on equipment that we can confidently recommend based on the size of your aquarium, the species you keep, and your specific goals, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach where the same equipment is expected to work for every setup.

Aquatic Plants and Aquascaping

For planted aquariums and aquascaping projects, we also offer a variety of aquatic plants, along with the substrates, lighting, fertilizers, and accessories needed for healthy growth.

Plant selection can be tailored to your lighting, water parameters, the presence or absence of CO₂ and, most importantly, the fish and invertebrates living in your aquarium.

Advice Tailored to Your Aquarium

Choosing a fish shouldn't be based solely on its color or size at the time of purchase. Adult size, behavior, water parameters, diet, available space, and compatibility with other inhabitants should also be considered.

Our team can help you select the right fish and equipment to create a balanced community suited to your aquarium.

That's also why our website features detailed species profiles, allowing you to learn about their origin, size, diet, water parameters, and care requirements before you even visit our store.
